Here is some key information to help you plan your visit.
Tickets
All attendees must have a ticket, and please remember to bring your ticket with you on the day. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed before you arrive. All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day at the box office.
There is no re-admittance to Tileyard North, once you have left the site you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Tickets Sales & Collections
The box office is located by main entrance on Navigation walk and will be open 30 minutes before the gate opening times.
Entry Gates
All customers enter via Navigation Walk.
Premium Ticket holders
Premium Ticket holders must first visit the Box Office to collect their wristbands, once collected customers can then use the 'Access/Premium' lane for priority entry.
Premium tickets give customers access to the premium bar, premium toilets and premium food offerings. There is one general standing area for all ticket types.
Access Ticket Holders
If you have pre-arranged accessible tickets, please collect your wristband for the access area you have booked from the box office located at the Navigation Walk.
Please note that customers with ‘Accessible Standing’ tickets – This ticket is fully standing within the general admission standing area with an Essential companion / PA ticket but does not include use of the accessible viewing platform or any seats. Please note that this a standing venue and no camping chairs, rugs, stools or other furniture will be permitted within the venue.
Blue Badge Parking
The event is unable to provide reserved parking for customers. However, there are a number of Blue Badge parking locations available nearby. For local parking please visit here.
Travel Information
Event Parking is available at The Waterfront Car Park, located just a few minutes walk from the site. This is pay on arrival.
We recommend use of public transport or travel on foot wherever possible. More information about public transport can be found here.
Safety & Prohibited Items
A number of items are prohibited, these include glass, alcohol, large cameras and recording equipment and chewing gum. For a full list of items please visit here.
Your safety at Live at Tileyard Noth is paramount and we constantly liaise with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place. In order to ensure a safe environment, mandatory bag searches will be carried out and we may search you, your clothing or other items. We ask for your patience in this regard.
Please note: refillable plastic water bottles are permitted, but they must be empty upon arrival and no larger than 500ml. One unopened 500ml plastic bottle of water is also permitted. No metal bottles permitted.
Bags
To support our staff and to make this process efficient, please avoid bringing a bag if possible. Backpacks along with any bags over A3 size will not be permitted. There are no cloakroom facilities at Tileyard North.
No camera or recording equipment
Please do not bring any kind of recording equipment, drones or remote control devices as these will not be permitted within the venue. There are no facilities for storing confiscated equipment and entry to the event may be refused. All persons entering the venue consent to any photography/filming/recording arranged by the promoter.
On the day facilities
Viewing
This is a standing event. Please do not bring any picnic blankets, chairs, or portable furniture, inflatable or otherwise. These will be confiscated at the gates.
Refreshments
There will be a number of food and drink vendors catering for all tastes.
Food and drink is not permitted into the venue unless it is for medical or religious purposes. Any food and drink required for these purposes must be arranged in advance. Please email access@futuresoundgroup.com to make arrangements. .
Free drinking water is available from the bars and designated water point on site.
Card payments
Live at Tileyard North is a completely cashless event and there are no cash points inside the venue, so please plan ahead.
Weather
This event is open air, so please plan and bring clothing suitable to the forecasted conditions. Small personal umbrellas are permitted, however, large umbrellas, parasols or gazebos are not permitted.
