Age Restrictions
Children under 14 years of age (aged 5-13) must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) and will need to purchase a full-price ticket. Children under 5 are not permitted. Live at Tileyard North does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18’s on-site.
A check 25 age verification policy will be in operation for the sale or supply of alcohol. The promoters reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to those that are intoxicated, or are likely to become intoxicated if further alcohol is served
Prohibited Items
Live at Tileyard North is a series of live music events taking place within the grounds of Tileyard North, Wakefield. Please note, all events are standing events and seating will not be provided or permitted into the venue.
Your safety at Tileyard North is paramount and we continuously liaise with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place. To ensure this is a safe environment mandatory bag searches will be carried out and we may search you, your clothing or other items.
Several items are prohibited; these include but are not exhausted to:
· Glass bottles of any kind,
· Alcohol,
· Perfumes in glass bottles
· Aerosols
· Chewing Gum
· Toiletries over 100ml
· Food & Drink – should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please contact the event organiser prior to arrival.
· Large, professional cameras,
· Recording equipment,
· Chairs & foldout blankets,
· Large sports umbrellas (small, handbag sized umbrellas are permitted),
· Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm)

Ticket Information
Post code pre-sale
Residents with postcodes WF1, WF2, WF3, WF4, WF5 and WF6 are entitled to an exclusive 48-hour pre-sale ahead of tickets being released on general sale.
Postcode presale tickets must be purchased through the 'postcode presale link'.
Step 1 > Click the 'events' section on our website.
Step 2 > Click the 'postcode presale' link for the relevant show you wish to purchase.
Step 3 > Enter the first part of your postcode (WF1, WF2, WF3, WF4, WF6) into the 'use code' box.
Step 4 > Select your choice of ticket type and proceed to purchase.
Please note, the first part of your postcode must match the billing address used at time of purchase.
Tickets Sales & Collections
All attendees must have a ticket, and please remember to bring your ticket with you on the day. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed before you arrive. All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day at the box office.
The box office is located by main entrance on Navigation walk and will be open 30 minutes before the gate opening times.
Entry Gates
All customers enter via Navigation Walk.
Premium Tickets
Premium Ticket holders must first visit the Box Office to collect their wristbands, once collected customers can then use the 'Access/Premium' lane for priority entry.
Premium tickets give customers access to the premium bar, premium toilets and premium food offerings. There is one general standing area for all ticket types.
This a standing venue and no camping chairs, rugs, stools or other furniture will be permitted within the venue
Re-entry
There is no re-admittance to Tileyard North, once you have left the site you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Accessibility
If you have pre-arranged accessible tickets, please collect your wristband for the access area you have booked from the box office located at the Navigation Walk.
Please note that customers with ‘Accessible Standing’ tickets – This ticket is fully standing within the general admission standing area with an Essential companion / PA ticket but does not include use of the accessible viewing platform or any seats. Please note that this a standing venue and no camping chairs, rugs, stools or other furniture will be permitted within the venue.

Travel Information
Event Parking is available at The Tileyard North Car Park, located just a few minutes walk from the site. This is pay on arrival.
Tileyard North Car Park can be found on Barnsley Rd, Wakefield WF1 5JT. Spaces aren’t guaranteed, so make sure you arrive in good time.
We recommend use of public transport or travel on foot wherever possible. More information about public transport can be found here.
Blue Badge Parking
The event is unable to provide reserved parking for customers. However, there are a number of Blue Badge parking locations available nearby. For local parking please visit here.

Customers are permitted to bring one empty refillable plastic water bottle (up to 500ml in size), which can be refilled at designated points. Alternatively, customers may bring one unopened plastic water bottle (up to 500ml) into the event.
Should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please email access@futuresoundgroup.com prior to arrival to arrange.
Free drinking water is available from the bars and a designated water point side of the stage.
Card Payments
Live at Tileyard North is a completely cashless event and there are no cash points inside the venue, so please plan ahead.
Seating
All events are standing only. Please do not bring any picnic blankets, chairs, or portable furniture, inflatable or otherwise. These will be confiscated at the gates.
Weather
Live at Tileyard North is an open-air event, so please plan for the forecasted weather. Small personal, handbag sized umbrellas are permitted but large sporting umbrellas, parasols or gazebos are not permitted.
